In less than six months, Web Experts helped SK Collaborative move AI from an abstract idea into practical tools connected to the company’s daily work.

Learn the work before designing the agent

The engagement began by learning the building-science workflow: how the team reviews documents, evaluates requirements, extracts technical information, organizes findings, builds reports, and moves projects from intake to delivery.

That context is what separates a useful internal system from a generic assistant looking for a problem.

Tools and training grew together

The project produced roughly a dozen internal agents supporting document review, extraction, comparisons, organization, and reporting. Alongside them, we created about a dozen internal training resources covering policy, onboarding, platforms, prompting, agent use, and workflow guidance.

Adoption is part of implementation

A tool creates value only when people understand where it belongs, what it can be trusted to do, and when human review is required. Building the operating guidance alongside the software made the investment practical instead of theoretical.
